The Trader Joe's Carb Master low carb tortillas are perfect for anyone on a low carb diet. The tortilla is made with whole wheat flour, water, and maltitol, which is a sugar alcohol that does not affect blood sugar levels.
The Trader Joe's Carb Master low carb tortillas come in a pack of 10 and can be found in the frozen section at your local Trader Joe's.
These tortillas are made with just 4 ingredients: cauliflower, cassava flour, coconut oil and sea salt. Each tortilla clocks in at 60 calories, 5 grams of fat (3.5g saturated), 2 net carbs and 2 grams of protein.
One of the most common stumbling blocks when starting a low carb diet is figuring out what to eat instead of bread.
If you're missing out on sandwiches or wraps, you're in luck: Trader Joe's just released their new Low Carb Tortillas.
A serving of these tortillas (1/4 package) has 4g net carbs, which is amazing!
The first ingredient is water, followed by soy protein isolate. They also contain pea fiber, wheat gluten and defatted soy flour, which are all common in low carb products.
Roll up the filling of your choice and savor a delicious meal or snack that's easy to take on the go.

Tortillas are the perfect vehicle for so many different fillings. You can stuff them with a variety of meats, cheeses and veggies to create a delicious and healthy meal.
Not all tortillas are created equal, though. If you check out the ingredients on most store-bought tortillas, you'll see that many of them contain preservatives, as well as a long list of other questionable ingredients.
You can find the Trader Joe's Carb Balance Tortillas in the freezer section. At my store they are located on a lower shelf and are in a red bag with a label that says "Carb Balance" on it. The package contains 8 tortillas and each one has only 4 net carbs.
These tortillas also have lots of fiber and protein in them, so they are filling as well. You may be skeptical about eating something with a name like Carb Balance, but you have to try these!
Trader Joe's Low Carb Tortillas are made with stone ground corn and contain 4 Net Carbs per serving.
This is a great product for those of us on low carb diets. And it's a fabulous way to make fajitas, tacos, burritos and quesadillas without all the guilt!
Costco's Kirkland brand of tortillas is made by La Tortilla Factory, and they are very similar to Trader Joe's low carb tortillas. However, they are a bit more expensive at $6.99 for a package of eight. The Kirkland brand is available at most Costco stores.
