What Are Low Carb Hoagie Rolls?

Forget low carb and keto hamburger rolls or sandwiches. These low carb hoagie rolls are the new way to make your favorite Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Just like real keto bread, these low carb rolls taste delicious. And you can use them for cold cuts and other fixings too.

And if you're making them for a Philly cheesesteak, don't worry about being authentic. The only thing that's important is the taste.

So let's get started with these homemade hoagie rolls.

The Low Carb Hoagie Rolls are a big hit with the low carb crowd. These rolls are made out of pork rinds and eggs, so they have almost no carbs at all. They're also gluten-free and grain-free, which makes them a perfect alternative to bread for people who are allergic to wheat.

Low-carbohydrate diets or low-carb diets are dietary programs that restrict carbohydrate consumption. Foods high in easily digestible carbohydrates (e.g., sugar, bread, pasta) are limited or replaced with foods containing a higher percentage of fats and moderate protein (e.g., meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, cheese, nuts, and seeds) and other foods low in carbohydrates (e.g., most salad vegetables such as spinach, kale, chard and collards), although other vegetables and fruits (especially berries) are often allowed.

Low Carb Hoagie Rolls

Serves: 5

1¼ cups almond flour (4 oz.) (I used Honeyville)

2 tbsp coconut flour (0.7 oz.) (I used Nutiva Organic Coconut Flour)

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

4 large eggs, at room temperature

1½ tbsp olive oil (1 oz.)*

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt until well combined. Add the eggs and olive oil and mix until a smooth dough forms. Divide into 5 equal parts and form each part into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet 3" apart. With wet hands, flatten the balls into ovals about 4" wide and ¾" thick. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top. Remove from the oven, let cool 2 minutes and then remove to a rack to finish cooling. These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat before eating as desired.

Low carb hoagie rolls are one of the most popular sandwich buns on the market today. They are also known as "sugar free" or "sugarless" bread.

Many people who are trying to lose weight or to maintain a healthy weight know that low carb diets can be very effective. These diets help people lose weight by reducing their intake of carbohydrates and fats, which means that they eat fewer calories and use up more energy than they normally would. This can cause them to feel more full, and therefore they have less desire to eat more food. These diets can be very helpful for individuals who suffer from obesity or other health issues.

Another benefit of these types of bread is that they do not contain any added sugars or preservatives. The only ingredient used in them is wheat flour, which has been proven to be healthy for you and your body's digestive system. The reason why this is so important is because it provides you with all the nutrients that you need while still keeping your body's metabolism high, which helps you burn off fat faster and more efficiently.
