How to Make Low Carb Bagels
At this point, you are probably thinking, â€œThis is great and all, but I don't have any time.â€ That could be true. But guess what? You only need 5 minutes to make these low carb bagels.
The first thing you will want to do is mix your flax meal and water in a bowl. Add in your eggs and mix well.
Now you can add in the rest of the ingredients. At this point, it would be a good idea to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
Place one tablespoon of batter on the baking sheet for each bagel. I was able to make 8 bagels with this recipe (four per each cookie sheet). If you want smaller bagels, you can use less batter per bagel than 1 tablespoon. Bake the bagels for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
