When it comes to food, people are often passionate and opinionated. Hellofresh wants to help you make the right choice not only with the ingredients in your meal, but also what you can eat on the go. That's where carb smart comes in.

Carb smart helps you identify carb-heavy foods that aren't designed for on-the-go consumption. It's especially handy if you're trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy diet, because it can help you know what not to eat when eating out. It's a cool tool, but its presentation is somewhat lacking. For example, it doesn't tell you how many grams of carbs are in a particular food just that it contains carbs.

Hellofresh is a meal-kit delivery service that offers fresh and healthy ingredients for every meal. When you order a Hellofresh meal, you choose one of their cool and cozy kits that contain all the ingredients you need to prepare delicious low-carb meals on your own at home.

Hellofresh supplies its customers with an easy to use shopping list, shopping guides and recipe ideas. They also send you a weekly recipe and tips to help you prepare the perfect meal.

Hellofresh is an online grocery delivery service that's crazy easy to use. The company delivers fresh and healthy food from major grocery stores to your door, whether you're at home or at work.

Hellofresh also offers a free app for iOS and Android devices, which makes it even easier to shop for groceries when you don't have time to go shopping yourself.

My Big Fat Greek Chicken Salad with Marinated Veggies & Feta

  • Wash and dry produce. Dice tomato into ½-inch pieces. Halve, peel, and very thinly slice shallot. Trim and halve cucumber lengthwise; slice crosswise into ¼-inch-thick half-moons. Trim and discard root end from romaine; chop leaves into bite-size pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon, ¼ tsp Tuscan Heat Spice, 2 TBSP olive oil (4 TBSP for 4 servings), Greek vinaigrette, and 1 tsp sugar (2 tsp for 4). Season with salt and pepper. To bowl with dressing, add tomato and as much shallot as you like. Toss to combine; set aside to marinate.
  • Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with remaining Tuscan Heat Spice, salt, and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board to rest.
  • Dice chicken into 1-inch pieces. To bowl with tomato and shallot, add chicken, cucumber, and romaine. Toss until thoroughly combined. Divide salad between plates; drizzle with any remaining dressing from bowl and top with feta.

Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce & Lemony Apple Salad

Is there anything better than chicken with a crunchy, nutty topping? Why, yes! How about chicken coated in a creamy honey mustard sauce, then crusted in a mixture of crushed pecans, panko, and butter? (To be honest, we'd eat anything with that sprinkled on top!) The topping turns toasty and crispy in the oven as the chicken cooks to juicy perfection. As if that weren't enough to sell you, on the side, we're serving up lemony, apple-studded mixed greens (and more of that awesome honey mustard sauce for dipping). Weeknight luxury is just 30 minutes away!

  • Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. Finely chop pecans (or crush in their bag with a heavy pan or rolling pin).
  • Place 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30 seconds. Let cool slightly, then stir in chopped pecans, panko, half the Fry Seasoning (you'll use the rest later), a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  • Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season with salt, pepper, and remaining Fry Seasoning. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Evenly spread tops of chicken with a thin layer of honey mustard sauce (save the rest for serving). Mound with pecan mixture, pressing firmly to adhere (no need to coat the undersides). Roast on middle rack until crust is golden brown and chicken is cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, halve, core, and thinly slice apple. Quarter lemon. In a large bowl, toss mixed greens and apple with a large drizzle of olive oil and as much lemon juice as you like. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide chicken and salad between plates. Drizzle chicken with remaining honey mustard sauce. Serve with any remaining lemon wedges on the side.
